Other error codes

Other errors can be conditionally divided into those associated with electronic or electrical components of the dishwasher, and all the others.

The first codes include E01, E02, E03, E05, E06, E08, E10, E11 and E13. They can only be eliminated by an experienced engineer. The manufacturer recommends contacting the service in these cases.

The second is the errors E07, E12, E14-E18, E22-E25 and E27.

E07 means that the suction hole is closed by the dishes. To eliminate, it is enough to move it so that it remains open.

E12 – on the heating element accumulated dirt or satipe. You need to start a cleaning program using a special tool.

E14, as described earlier E15 error, indicates that the water protection system has been activated.

E16 and E17 indicate faults in the water supply system. Check if there is water in the network, whether its entry into the dishwasher is blocked. Also inspect the bay hose (perhaps it has been taped or bent somewhere) and its internal filter. If these manipulations did not help, or the error began to repeat too often, you will have to call the master.

E18 is a mistake that indicates insufficient water pressure. It can be caused, in particular, by the limestone deposits accumulated inside the crane. Check it is easy: put the bucket under a fully open faucet and calculate how long it will fill. The normal result is 10 litres in one minute. If this figure is lower, then contact the plumber.

E22 is a code that reports filter problems. Clean them up and set them back.

E23 – a malfunction of the drain pump (pump). You can’t fix it yourself, you’ll need the help of a specialist.

E24 is an error that can indicate several malfunctions: either blocked or twisted drain hose (meaning you need to turn off the machine, carefully remove the hose and clean it, as well as the siphon to which it connects at the exit), or the pump is blocked. In the second case, it should be taken into account that the problem could cause fragments of broken dishes, so you need to act very carefully, so as not to cut. The machine needs to be turned off from the socket, then remove the filters and the lid of the pump, remove foreign objects, twist the pump’s wing and, if it rotates freely, then set all the elements back.

E25 also speaks of problems with the pump: either it is blocked or the lid is incorrectly installed on it. In the first case, you need to perform the manipulations described in the previous paragraph, and in the second – to check the position of the cover and if necessary to put it evenly.
