The dishwasher is a friend in time to leave the kitchen in order, but did you know that she needs some care also? That’s right, even with hot water always turning and spinning inside, it’s always nice to give a good cleaning in the dishwasher and today I’m going to help you do this in a simple and uncomplicated.
The first thing you need to do is to know your machine, some machines have a waste collector and empty and clean so don’t let smell, but some may not have, so you need to remove all shelves and give a good clean with a rag to remove leftover food that may not have gone with the flow.
So examine your machine and removed everything that was there, it’s time to go to the second step, go back to shelves and fill a container (that can go the machine) with 1 cup (tea) of white wine vinegar or alcohol and plug the machine in fast and cycle with hot water. The vinegar helps to remove fat and undesirable odors.
Then just sprinkle a cup (tea) of sodium in all the “floor” of the machine and call again on the quick cycle, this will make all 100% proof of odors and mildew.
Now that you know how to do, make it a habit and clean whenever you feel the machine started getting unwanted odors, and of course I don’t need to ask you to drain the water from cleaning to use for backyard, unloading and cleaning etc.
