Once again more floors to lower their price in the month of February. This time the fall in prices has been 5.5% compared to January of this year.

Accumulated since the maximum was reached in December 2007 is 15.7%. But many wonder is good time to buy a home? Is it better to rent it?

After the explosion of the housing bubble in our country, much distrust has been generated in real estate investments. Many us makes it difficult to see how a real estate investment loses value with the passage of time when, in theory, should do the opposite.

Rent is highly recommended for people who have no need to buy a House and your job or future expectations, thinks that in a not very long term must relocate. In case of not having a partner and want to emancipate you, is a good choice the shared rental to save.

On the other hand, the purchase of a House gives you the certainty that the money you spend is to enjoy a well that, in the future, will be your property.

Speaking of numbers, there is an agreement about long-term is more economical to buy or rent, so we will have to be us who, depending on our preferences we decide we should be more.
