How clean the surfaces of the kitchen

It is important to keep the kitchen surfaces clean, dirt and germs are always present and may go to our dish. We know some natural ways to keep the kitchen clean and disinfected.

Tips to clean the surfaces and kitchen utensils

The kitchen is one of the rooms or rooms in the House to which we must pay greater attention in regards to its cleanliness, order and disinfection. And there is one simple reason for this: in the kitchen prepares all food consumption, and the lack of prudence in the cleaning could lead to all sorts of diseases to any member of the household.

We learn in a simple and natural way to clean different surfaces and elements of cuisine, to not take risks and, also, to take care of our environment and our health.

Clean the chopping boards

The best way to avoid cross-contamination (this is when, for example, the bacteria from the raw meat will spread to consumption raw vegetables when you use the same cutting board) is to use a specific table for each type of food: meat even (one for red) and one for white, vegetables, fruits, meats, and also, one different for cooked foods.

But in addition to differentiate the tables, we must keep them spotless. To clean and disinfect a plastic table just rub with a synthetic brush, hot water and dish soap. To clean a wooden table, on the other hand, the best thing is to sprinkle baking soda and lemon juice, by wiping with a clean synthetic brush and leaving act before rinsing with plenty of water hot. Let dry thoroughly, either in the air or with a clean cloth.

 

Clean countertops and kitchen ceramics

As with the cutting board, countertops and wood Islands have to be disinfected with baking soda and lemon juice or, failing that, a few drops of distilled white vinegar. It then reviewed with a cloth or clean sponge, soaked in hot water.

Plastic or laminated floors, as well as the vinyl, can be cleaned with a cup of white spirit vinegar dissolved in two litres of water. Rub with liquid using a dust MOP, cloth or sponge, and leaves air for cleaning and disinfection clean.
