The first reason. Too little oil level in the system, or its absence. Typically, this happens when the equipment is sent to the buyer by means of express delivery by air. The third common reason – lack of tightness of the suction system, it leaks. In order to ensure the integrity of the suction system, it is necessary to tighten tight connection pipe and the O-ring inside the nut must be free of damage. If the connections are tight or loose, in a seal is damaged, the system will be able to get the air that does not allow the pump to create enough pressure to perform and download paint formulations.

The fourth reason is inoperable pump – the presence of air in the oil line channels. In the case where the performance of all previous councils did not have any impact on the need to clean the air of all the channels of an oil line. Air can enter these channels as a result of prolonged storage, which will interfere with the working piston, acting on the oil, whereby the membrane will not create oscillatory motion and, as a consequence, the ink composition is not injected. To expel air from the oil line channels, you need to put the bypass valve to the “Circulation” and toggle to put pressure control at minimum. After that, the unit must be enabled for 30 seconds. Pump operation after this procedure will be restored.
