How to make a flower vase

Giving flowers is common among all lovers or to conquer a new love. If you just get them, you’ll wear them in a good vase, and so we will see a funny idea to design a vase which best suits your personality and what you want to highlight the gift.

How to make the vase

Take the cardboard and cut a square of 12.5 cm from side, and four pieces of 25 x 12.5 cm. In each of the sides, get a signal to 5 cm from the base and 2.5 cm from the sides. Draw a straight line from the corners up to this point and cut the carton so that the sides are making angle.

With pencil, mark forcefully stripe the doubles of the basis in each one of the pieces of the sides, from the interior of an angle to another. Put white-tailed, first on one side and then on the other, in each of the five parts: this will seal the carton and prevent deformity.

When dry, paint the edges with white glue, both on the sides and base. Unites the pieces with strips of gummed paper, already giving the shape of the vase, and allow them to dry overnight. The next day, alternatively placed vertical and horizontal strips to cover the vase inside and out, with three layers of paper mache.
When this is dry, sand it and seal it with recessed white tail. Let dry and then paint all over the vase with white paint. The first layer may crack, but when dry apply the second, so that it is smooth and well white.

Finished all the vase, you can begin to decorate it to your style, either with photos, figures of paper colors or interesting messages.

To place the flowers inside the vase, introduces the glass of water, poke wedges from paper to the sides so it does not slip or turn, and finally put the flowers.
