Former Italian Prime Minister attacked the Italian judiciary
A former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi that the judiciary during a stormy political rally Saturday, accusing judges of trying to eliminate it politically, but pledged to continue to support the fragile Government coalition center-left Prime Minister Enrico letta.
Berlusconi reiterated his accusations made long ago to prosecutors, had his appeal against his conviction for tax fraud last week rejected and still faces trial on charges of sexual intercourse with a minor in Exchange for money.
Berlusconi said in a speech to a rally in the northern city of Brescia Italy “so who is not linked to the political party, they can see clearly the political motivations of hate and prejudice and against me.”
