Austin, the capital of Texas, is one of my favorite places to live, and it is not only mine, the city is located at the top of the list of many of the best places to live, which has made every inch of Austin real estate a hot cake among real estate agents. Now I can see why the houses of the capital city of Texas sold much earlier “Homes for Sale Austin” posters are placed in front of them? Not only that, the effect rub-off of Austin real estate success can be seen in the houses in Kyle, as well, a town 21 miles southwest of Austin.
